Alison Trewartha is a Partner and the Chief Legal and Compliance Officer.
Prior to joining in 2008, Alison was an Associate in Mergers & Acquisitions at Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom in London. Alison started her career as an Associate at Deacons (now Norton Rose Fulbright) in Melbourne, Australia, on the capital markets and corporate transactions team.
Alison graduated from Monash University with a Bachelor of Laws with honours and Bachelor of Business Management.
